Silence & Light for Young Adult Friends eRetreat starts Sept. 16

The Silence & Light for Young Adult Friends eRetreat invites you to explore and practice the experience of Quaker worship and silent waiting, for an inward encounter with the Inner Teacher who leads, guides, and transforms us every day. This eRetreat is held under the care of the Adult Young Friends Program of the Friends General Conference Gathering. It is offered as an opportunity to bring together Quakers and seekers in the age range of 18-35ish for spiritual community and mutual support.

The content of the online materials and the weekly video calls reflect Quaker faith and practice, and all who self-identify as young adults and “Quaker-oriented” are welcome to participate, regardless of affiliation with a Quaker meeting or community.  All participants are encouraged to commit to the process of building an experimental spiritual community online.

The eRetreat runs from September 16 – November 9, 2018 (eight weeks, $35 pay-as-led participation fee)
