From Friends General Conference
Our efforts to improve the health of FGC and deepen our ability to be of service to Friends continues apace. The functionality and service for the Quaker Cloud has improved. We have hired a vendor to handle Quaker Cloud customer service as well as to make improvements to the functionality of the site. This has worked even better than we hoped. So far, we’ve completely cleared the customer support backlog and have made logging into the service easier. Further improvements are expected.
